Click on "+" after "Send To" to add new address. Input title and text of message. Click "Save" to store message and edit it later or "Send" to send it. Create a new message (html). You can switch text mode between "text" and "html" for each text part in email by clicking on

over the text input area. To add new text part click on

Sending and receiving a message. When you send a message it has the icon

"Ready. Not sent." When the message is delivered the icon change to

"Delivered, not opened yet". when user received your message, you can see the icon

. If you point the icon with the mouse you'll see how many times recipient opened your message.

When you received a new message, it's marked with

Attach a file. To attach a file click on

. You see the list of files to be attached. If your file is not there see "Add file in folder" Select file from the list. Add file in folder (Upload a file). To add a file in the file list click on "New file" then select a local file to be added. If you cannot find "New file" link, first click on "To files" to see files in this folder. Create a question form. You can send a question form to group of recipients. To add a form part in the message click on

(checkbox). Answering a question form. To answer question form user simply fill up the form and click on "Send my answers". To see the answers the sender should click on

Create a folder for website. Enter your root(top) folder and click on

. Create a folder for a forum. Enter your root(top) folder and click on

. Input Folder name and save it. Enter new folder's "properties". Click on "Folder addresses : add" to create an external address for this folder. Your folder's address should start with your Ipo4ta address. If you Ipo4ta address is "@soap.ipo4ta.my/test1" than you can use as folder address for example "@soap.ipo4ta.my/test1/forum". Now you can permit to everybody access your new FORUM folder. Click on "Access to folder:add" and select "all". Mark only the options "read" and "write", save permissions. Your forum is ready. Entering a remote folder. To enter remote folder users (who has access to it) should first enter his own box and click on '@open folder'. Than user inputs forum address (e.g. "@soap.ipo4ta.my/test1/forum") and enter it. Anit-spam protection. I-Bank account. To protect your Ipo4ta-box from spam you can define a fee for an incoming message. To do this first you should define your Ipo4ta bank URL in your profile. Click on "MyProfile" and add Ipo4ta-bank URL. Ipo4ta-bank URL for example is "http://bank.ipo4ta.com/services/ipo4tabank". Logout from the system. Now you should to add some money to your i-bank account, go to http://bank.ipo4ta.com/ibankdisp. You do not need to register in i-bank to add money to your account, just input you Ipo4ta-address and selekt the sum. Now this bank work in test mode, no credit card needed, no real money transaction happen. Set price for incoming messages. Now you can set new access rules for your Incoming folder. Enter the folder's properties. Delete the old rule, permitting everybody to send you free messages. Click on "Access to folder : add", select "all". Check "write" option and set price for example 0.50 next to it. Save the permission. Now you can permit users from your address book write your for free. Click on "Access to folder : add", select "addr. book". Set write permission with price 0. Sending a message for fee. When you compose up a message to the box with incoming price, you will see this price when adding the address into "Send To" section. When the message is sent you'll see the money decreases on your account ([]-brackets on the top). Receiving a paid message. Cancelling the message payment. When you receive a paid message you will see the price next to the sender's address. To cancel this payment click on price, confirm you decision. You'll se that payment is cancelled. Adding an address to your address book. To add an address form a message into your address book open the message and click on the address in "From" field. fill up a form if you want. Save new address. You can also add a new address directly. Click on "Address book" and than on "create". Multy-language support. Ipo4ta supports multylanguage messages.
